East Texas Brick Company offers, as a complimentary service to our valued customers, material estimates on brick and related products. While we are happy to provide this service for the assistance of our customers, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these estimates. Many factors can affect the actual amount of product usage on an individual project and East Texas Brick Company controls none of these factors. We recommend that your building professional (builder, brick installer, or job superintendent) verify all product quantities prior to order and definitely prior to shipment of those products.
If your project requires additional product over the original order, East Texas Brick Company will make every effort to expedite delivery on the next available truck with no additional delivery charge. However, for the second and subsequent additions or add-ons, there will be a delivery charge based on the delivery expense.
Please be aware that we will make every effort to supply the same production run to complete projects, however, if the added amount greatly exceeds the order, this may be a problem. If the original production run is not available, we will sample the product that is available for written approval prior to shipment.
In the event that there is excess material when the job is complete, East Texas Brick will pick up that material with the following qualifications:
* The material must be accessible to our equipment and be in good condition to be re-sold. If the material or its packaging
is damaged, reimbursement will be based upon a fair dollar figure that we can re-sell the material for.
* There must be a minimum of $300.00 (retail price) of material to pick-up. This amount is approximately two bundles of
brick for instance.
* The customer must agree to pay a pick-up fee based on transportation expense to our yard and a restocking charge of
20% prior to the actual pickup.
* Material pick-ups are generally scheduled in conjunction with material deliveries in the general area to keep transportation
costs to our customers at a minimum. If there is a need to expedite the material pick-up, please make arrangements with
our dispatch office or through your sales person.
Please be aware that these qualifications are not a means to earn more profit but rather to cover our expense. We have delivery expense included in the retail price of our material, however, we cannot cover pick-up expense. We make every effort to keep these expenses and charges to a minimum.

As a service to our customers, East Texas Brick offers free delivery for patio furniture and other patio products in Tyler. In addition, as a further service we have minimal delivery rates to areas outside the city. Due to insurance requirements, it is the policy of the company not to tie down or secure loads on customer equipment.
However, if a customer requests or requires assistance in loading and securing their purchase from our company on their equipment, we will render that assistance. The customer must agree that it is their sole responsibility to certify that the load is properly secured prior to their departure and that it is their responsibility to insure that the load reaches its destination safely and in good condition.
I, ________________________, on this the ____________ day of _______________,200____ have requested and inspected the loading of product that I have purchased onto my equipment and deemed it to be secure and safe. In addition, I release East Texas Brick Company from any liability, damage or injury, resulting from the loading or securing of the load or any damage to my equipment or that of others resulting from the failure of the securing of the load. It is my sole responsibility to insure that the product is delivered to and unloaded at my destination safely and in good condition.

Return Policy
1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.

3. Refunds over $25.00 will be mailed on Wednesdays.
4. No returns or exchanges for z-brick, stone, or other selected items.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
1. Payment in advance - no American Express cards.
2. All sales final. No refund - No exchanges.
3. Customer guarantees measurements or specs.
4. Customer signature acknowledges terms.
